Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Healthcare and IT project management, technical project management, or a related role.
- Proven experience managing software/technology projects from initiation to production.
- Strong experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing healthcare or healthcare-tech projects.
- Experience with healthcare integrations and interoperability.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, EHR, EMR or healthcare compliance requirements.
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise applications or digital transformation initiatives.
