About the Role

Interior Home Expert is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our sales operations and drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and converting potential customers into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Generate leads and acquire current clients for interior design, home renovation, modular kitchens, wardrobes, and complete home solutions.
- Handle client meetings, understand requirements, present design solutions, and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, builders, contractors, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.




- Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into confirmed projects.
- Coordinate with the design, execution, and marketing teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
- Manage the sales pipeline, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
- Guide and manage the sales team to achieve business targets.

Skills & Requirements

- 4–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in interior design, real estate, home décor, or the furniture industry.
- Proven experience in B2C and B2B sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to generate leads and successfully close sales.
- Positive understanding of interior design and home improvement products.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated personality.
- Leadership and team management skills.
