TECHBEE is looking for a skilled and motivated IT Hardware & Networking Technician to join our technical services team. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in computer hardware, system assembly, troubleshooting, networking, and on-site technical support.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble, install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot desktop computers, workstations, and laptops.
- Install and configure Windows operating systems, software, drivers, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install and configure LAN networks, routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and network printers.
- Perform structured LAN cabling, RJ45 termination, patch panel connections, and network testing.
- Assist with CCTV, NVR/DVR, NAS, server, and rack installation and configuration.
- Provide on-site technical support, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting at customer locations.
- Maintain technical service reports, installation documentation, and customer service records.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely project execution and issue resolution.

Qualifications & Requirements




- ITI / Diploma in Computer Hardware & Networking, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant hands-on technical experience.
- Good understanding of PC hardware, networking fundamentals, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and LAN troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Windows installation, diagnostics, and basic IT infrastructure.
- Ability to work independently and visit customer sites as required.
- Positive communication skills, problem-solving ability, and professional attitude.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Additional Advantages
- Experience in CCTV, servers, NAS, structured cabling, or Wi-Fi networking.
- Basic Linux and Windows Server knowledge.
- Familiarity with hardware diagnostics and IT service tools.
