Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Kozhikode.

The Graphic

Designer will create and refine visual concepts for brands, including logos, marketing materials, social media creatives, and other digital and print assets. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with the creative and marketing teams, interpreting briefs, developing design layouts, selecting typography and color palettes, and preparing final files for production or publishing. The role involves working within brand guidelines while proposing fresh ideas,



ensuring consistency across all visual touchpoints, and meeting project timelines.

The Graphic

Designer will also participate in feedback sessions, make revisions based on stakeholder input, and maintain organized project files and assets.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually compelling layouts and assets.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining cohesive visual identities.
- Proficiency in Typography, with an understanding of hierarchy, readability, and style matching for different media.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent software).
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, present design concepts, and incorporate constructive feedback.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
