Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Lucknow.

The Graphic

Designer will create and refine visual assets for digital campaigns, websites, social media, ads, and branding initiatives, ensuring alignment with client and internal brand guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing concepts, designing graphics and layouts, collaborating with marketing and web teams,



and preparing assets optimized for web and social platforms. The role involves working on logo design, brand identity systems, and marketing collateral, as well as iterating designs based on feedback and performance data.

The Graphic

Designer will maintain consistency in visual communication across projects and contribute creative ideas to enhance user experience and brand presence.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and web-focused projects.
- Ability to create effective Logo Design and cohesive Branding systems.
- Proficiency in Typography and layout design for clear, engaging visual communication.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar).
- Understanding of design for digital marketing, social media, and performance-driven campaigns.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and respond constructively to feedback.
- Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and a portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
- Preferred: Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; experience in an agency or digital marketing setting is an advantage.
