We are looking for an experienced SAP Vistex Rebate & Chargeback Consultant who can independently configure and manage customer rebate and chargeback programs, troubleshoot settlement and accrual issues, and support migration from Vistex.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and configure customer rebate and chargeback programs in SAP Vistex.
- Manage rebate agreements, IP documents, accumulation buckets, accruals, and settlements.
- Process chargeback claims by validating EDI 844 claims against contract pricing, GPO eligibility, and EDI 867 sales tracing.
- Manage GPO rosters, membership loads, effective dates, termination dates, and parent/child HIN mapping.
- Configure and support tiered volume rebates, including customer rebates on SD billing and vendor rebates on posted invoice receipts.
- Handle retrospective and incremental rebate tiers.
- Integrate Vistex with SAP SD, MM, and FI processes.
- Monitor SAP IDocs using WE02, WE05, BD87, and SLG1.
- Perform root cause analysis for rejected claims, incorrect rebate tiers, and accrual mismatches.
- Coordinate with finance teams and business users for settlement reconciliation and issue resolution.
- Support migration of customer data and agreements from Vistex.




- Provide post-go-live support and resolve production issues.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in SAP Vistex rebate and chargeback modules.
- Expertise in rebate agreement setup, IP documents, accumulation buckets, accruals, and settlements.
- Practical experience with EDI 844 chargeback claims and EDI 867 sales tracing.
- Knowledge of GPO roster management and HIN mapping.
- Experience with tiered volume rebates and retrospective/incremental calculations.
- Strong SAP integration knowledge across SD billing, MM/MIRO, and FI postings.
- Experience with SAP tables VBRK/VBRP and IDoc monitoring.
- Ability to troubleshoot claim rejections, tier discrepancies, and accrual mismatches.
- Experience working directly with customer finance and business stakeholders.

Valuable to Have

- Distributor or buying group experience.
- Experience submitting EDI 844 claims and reconciling EDI 849 responses.
- Experience passing supplier rebates through to distributor members.
- Previous experience migrating agreements and data off Vistex.
