Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop new products by designing formulations that meet customer requirements for OSD , Injectable / Parentals & Syrups

- Conduct primary research to identify market trends and consumer preferences.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches in the US, Europe, and other markets.

- Manage projects from concept to commercialization, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

- Analyze data to optimize formulations for improved performance and cost-effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

- M.Pharma degree (Any Specialization) with 5-10 years of experience in Formulation Development, Research & Development in OSD , Injectable / Parentals & Syrups Primary Research, and Market Analysis.

- Solid understanding of regulatory guidelines governing pharmaceutical industry operations.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across functions.
