ABOUT THE ROLE

F5 Global Talent is hiring an experienced Family Law Paralegal to support a U.S.-focused legal organization handling divorce, custody, arbitration, and related family-law matters.

You’ll manage cases from intake through completion, draft and review legal documents, conduct legal research, track deadlines, maintain organized case files, and communicate directly with clients throughout sensitive and often difficult situations.

This is a client-facing legal role. We need someone who combines strong legal drafting and case-management skills with empathy, discretion, and clear communication.

This is a full-time, remote role open to candidates in India and the Philippines.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Manage assigned family-law cases from intake through completion
- Draft and review agreements, filings, declarations, correspondence, and other legal documents
- Support divorce, custody, arbitration, and related family-law matters
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings clearly
- Track case deadlines, filings, appointments, and outstanding items
- Maintain accurate, organized digital case files
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the case lifecycle
- Explain legal documents and procedural requirements in clear, simple language
- Coordinate with attorneys, opposing parties, and internal team members




- Handle sensitive and emotionally difficult client situations professionally and confidentially

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 3+ years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, legal associate, legal executive, or legal case manager
- Solid legal drafting and document-review skills
- Experience managing cases and deadlines from intake through completion
- Legal research and interpretation skills
- Strong written and spoken English
- Excellent client communication skills
- Ability to explain complex legal information clearly
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple active matters simultaneously
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

NICE TO HAVE

- Family-law experience
- Divorce, custody, arbitration, or settlement-agreement experience
- Experience supporting U.S.-based attorneys or legal organizations
- Familiarity with U.S. legal documentation and procedures
- Experience managing sensitive client relationships
- LLB or equivalent legal qualification
