What You'll Do

- Provide L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers,



and end-user devices.
- Manage OS deployment, imaging, and configuration.
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Outlook, Windows, and enterprise applications.
- Support Azure/Entra ID, Intune, and cloud technologies.
- Handle escalations, RCA, and critical incident resolution.

• Ensure seamless end-user experience and service delivery.

Preferred Profile Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Experience in enterprise IT support environments

Comfortable working in rotational shifts and onsite support roles
