Job Role: Engineer Support I

Job Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize engineering lab infrastructure, including benches, racks, power provisioning, and equipment allocations.
- Coordinate lab setup, equipment installation, relocation, and decommissioning activities.
- Support engineering teams in hardware bring-up, testing, debugging, and validation activities.
- Track lab assets, space utilization, and infrastructure availability across multiple labs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, facilities, and security teams to ensure uninterrupted lab operations.
- Plan and execute lab consolidation, expansion, and optimization projects.
- Drive ESD compliance, safety standards, and infrastructure governance within labs.
- Support power shutdown activities, cabling, network connectivity, and environmental requirements.
- Maintain documentation, inventory records, floor plans, and utilization reports.
- Provide timely support for engineering requests and escalations.

Required Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of Excel, Power BI and Technology.
- Knowledge of Operating System concepts and software debugging




- Familiarity with SoC components such as CPU, GPU, Modem, Camera, and related subsystems.
- Understanding of debugging tools such as JTAG, Oscilloscope, and Logic Analyzer.
- Knowledge of Electric Components ,Ratings and load details by fallowing Specs.
- Experience with lab equipment management and troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, ServiceNow, and asset-tracking tools.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work with multiple teams and vendors simultaneously.
- Experience in lab planning, infrastructure deployment, and space management.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic engineering setting.]

Education B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Computer Science, or related field.

2 - 5 years of experience in lab operations, technical support, hardware validation, or infrastructure management (adjust based on the level being hired).
