Role Description The Electrical Specialist role is a contract position based in Lucknow with a hybrid work arrangement, combining in office project work with some work-from-home flexibility.

The Electrical

Specialist will support the planning, design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment across industrial and commercial sites. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing electrical drawings, coordinating with project managers and site teams, conducting inspections and testing, resolving technical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. The role also involves troubleshooting electrical faults,



optimizing power distribution and usage, and preparing documentation and reports to support project delivery and quality assurance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of electricity principles and safe electrical work practices.
- Candidates should possess skills in electrical design and application of electrical engineering standards.
- Candidates should possess experience with power generation systems and power distribution infrastructure.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in handling, installing, and maintaining electrical equipment in industrial and commercial settings.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in industrial projects (e.g., aviation, manufacturing, oil and gas, hospitality, or commercial complexes) is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional project teams.
