ProMentor Digital Solutions is growing, and we're looking for a curious, hands-on fresher who wants to learn digital marketing by actually doing it.

What you'll work on

✅ Social media marketing: planning, posting and growing brand pages

✅ SEO: on-page optimisation, keyword research and local SEO

✅ Paid marketing: setting up and managing Google & Meta ad campaigns

✅ Designing creatives for social media and ads

✅ Business development: client outreach and lead generation

Compensation

? First 3 months: ₹5,000/month retainer (training period)

? From month 4: ₹15,000/month + performance incentives

Who should apply





? Basic understanding of digital marketing (a course or certification is a plus)

? Comfortable with tools like Canva and familiar with Google Ads / Meta Ads Manager

? Self-driven and disciplined enough to deliver while working remotely

? Eager to learn and take ownership
