We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented candidates for the Domestic Voice Process at Aionos, Advant Location.

The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing appropriate solutions, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through voice-based communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain professional communication and customer service standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria
- Positive communication skills in Hindi and basic English.




- Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
- Customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Benefits
- CTC: 3 LPA
- Monthly Gross Salary: Approximately 18,100
- Deductions: Approximately 5,000 (subject to salary structure)
- Cab Facility: Available for odd-timing shifts.
- Shuttle Facility: Available.

Selection Process There will be 2 rounds of interviews:
1. HR Round
2. Operations Round

Additional assessment:
- SRL Test
