Job Overview

We are looking for skilled and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Travel Process Executives. The ideal candidate should have experience in the travel industry, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to manage backend booking operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage backend travel bookings and reservations.

Handle booking cancellations and amendments.

Coordinate with travel partners and service providers.

Ensure accurate processing of booking-related requests.

Resolve booking discrepancies and operational issues.

Maintain proper records and ensure smooth backend operations.

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for timely service delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:



Graduate or Undergraduate.

Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in a Travel Process.

Communication: C1-level English communication proficiency.

Good understanding of travel booking operations.

Robust coordination, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: 32,000 CTC per month.

5 days working with rotational week-offs.

Free cab facility (Both-Side Transportation).
