Position: Telecaller
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and generate leads.
- Schedule appointments for hearing evaluations.
- Coordinate with branches and audiologists.
- Support lead conversion and revenue growth.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.
- Confident telephone communication.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
