Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator role based in Bengaluru.

The Content

Creator develops engaging digital content showcasing Bakeyy’s products, including social media posts, short videos, product descriptions, blog articles, and campaign materials. This role involves planning content calendars, collaborating with design and marketing teams, and aligning content with brand voice and promotional goals.

Creator conducts product and market research, captures and organizes visuals or basic product photography,



and optimizes content for different platforms and audiences. The role also includes monitoring content performance analytics, iterating on formats and messaging, and maintaining a consistent, inclusive, and brand-aligned tone across all channels.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in content writing, storytelling, and basic copywriting for digital platforms.
- Ability to develop content strategies, plan editorial calendars, and align content with marketing objectives.
- Experience creating social media content, short-form video scripts or reels, and product-focused posts.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO fundamentals and audience engagement.
- Comfort with visual content creation in collaboration with designers, including product displays and packaging highlights.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail to understand baking trends, product features, and customer needs.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage for regional campaigns.
- Good organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or food/baking-related brands is a plus.
- Relevant education in Communications, Marketing, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
