We're Hiring: Commercial Executive – Purchase & Logistics

? Position: Commercial Executive – Purchase & Logistics

Key Responsibilities✅ Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor inquiries, comparative analysis, approvals, purchase order placement, and supplier follow-ups.

✅ Maintain and update vendor master data, product costing information, and purchase rate records.

✅ Coordinate material planning and procurement based on production schedules, ensuring uninterrupted operations.

✅ Handle inventory management activities, including material receipt, storage, stock verification, issuance to production, and identification of slow-moving inventory.

✅ Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, GRNs, and procurement documentation for both local and import purchases.

✅ Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, transporters, CHA agents, shipping lines, insurance companies, and other stakeholders for timely material delivery and dispatch.

✅ Oversee import logistics, customs clearance, loading/unloading activities, and transportation arrangements.

✅ Ensure proper maintenance of purchase registers, invoice verification, delivery challans, and supporting commercial documentation.





✅ Monitor job work activities, material movement tracking, and compliance with statutory requirements.

✅ Handle commercial activities such as:

- Proforma Invoice (PI) generation
- Tax Invoice preparation in Tally
- E-Way Bill and E-Invoice generation
- Debit/Credit Note issuance
- Dispatch coordination with customers

✅ Maintain sales orders, purchase records, stock statements, and MIS reports for management review. Preferred Candidate Profile✔ Experience in Procurement, Logistics, Stores, or Commercial Operations

✔ Knowledge of Import & Export Documentation and Customs Procedures

✔ Familiarity with ERP systems/Tally and inventory management processes

✔ Solid vendor management, negotiation, and coordination skills

✔ Good analytical, communication, and organizational abilities

✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
