The RoleWe are hiring a Chief of Staff to report directly to the Group CEO in our Noida Office.

This is not a traditional back-office strategy role or a management position with a large team to delegate to. You will operate as a high-agency, hands-on right-hand operator and travel partner to the Group CEO.

What You Will ExperienceIn exchange for high-accountability execution, you will get an unfiltered, front-row seat to enterprise-level decision-making from inside the room. You will participate directly in:

- Strategic planning and multi-entity governance
- Pricing and commercial architecture
- Executive sessions and leadership offsites

The 2-Year HorizonWe believe a role of this intensity has a natural shelf life. No one should hold this specific seat for five years. This is designed as a strict 2-year accelerator.



After 24 months at the center of a scaling organization, you will have total operational clarity and will know precisely which business unit, function, or venture you want to lead next.

Key Responsibilities

- - Travel extensively alongside the Group CEO to ensure seamless alignment and follow-through across all group entities.
- Act as the central execution engine, tracking and enforcing board and executive-level decisions.
- Prepare critical briefings, financial syntheses, and strategic frameworks for leadership and investor meetings.
- Bridge strategic intent and operational reality across all business units without relying on a dedicated support team.

What We Are Looking For

- 3–6 years of experience in management consulting, founder’s office, corporate strategy, or high-growth venture operations.
- Exceptional executive presence, rapid problem-solving skills, and high execution velocity.
- Total comfort operating with high autonomy and zero direct-report overhead.
- Complete flexibility to travel and adapt to a energetic executive schedule.
