Experience: 4–7 Years

Reporting to: Head – Product Development

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, integration and optimisation.
- Analyse and redesign business processes; develop SOPs and workflows.
- Coordinate ERP requirements, functional specifications and implementation partners.
- Drive data migration, UAT, user training and system adoption.
- Develop MIS reports and dashboards for sales, projects, inventory, procurement and operations.
- Analyse business performance and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure data accuracy, process compliance and cross-functional integration.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations or Finance.
- 4–7 years of experience in ERP implementation,



business analysis or process improvement.
- Hands-on Odoo ERP experience preferred.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills; Power BI / SQL knowledge is an advantage.
- Manufacturing, engineering or project-based industry experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
