We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who can communicate with German clients, understand business requirements, and translate them into clear functional specifications for technical teams. The ideal candidate should have solid requirement-gathering, stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills. German language proficiency is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Interact with German clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, client meetings, and stakeholder interviews.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process-flow documents.
- Coordinate with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
- Act as a communication bridge between clients and internal technical teams.
- Manage requirement clarifications, changes, and stakeholder expectations.




- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and requirement reviews.
- Ensure deliverables align with client expectations and business objectives.

Mandatory Skills
- Experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software development projects.
- Strong requirement-gathering and business analysis skills.
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Ability to communicate effectively with international clients.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- German language proficiency (B1/B2 or above preferred).
- Experience working with German or European clients.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
