Branch Manager - Overseas Education Consultancy

Role Description The Branch Manager – Overseas Education will lead the Kochi branch, overseeing daily operations and ensuring high-quality service delivery to students and their families. This full time, on-site role includes managing and mentoring branch staff, setting targets, and monitoring performance to achieve recruitment and revenue goals.

The Branch

Manager will guide students through the overseas education process, including counselling, application support, documentation, and coordination with partner institutions.

Responsibilities also include developing local marketing initiatives, building and maintaining relationships with universities and other partners, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. The role requires regular reporting to senior management, process improvement, and maintaining a customer-centric, ethical approach in all branch activities.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience supervising teams and driving performance.
- Proficiency in student counselling, client relationship management,



and customer service within education or related sectors.
- Operational and administrative skills, including branch planning, workflow management, and reporting.
- Business development and marketing capabilities, such as local outreach, networking, and promoting education services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly and build trust.
- Sound understanding of overseas education processes, admission requirements, and international university systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Management, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification (e.g., MBA) is an advantage.
- Prior experience in overseas education consultancy or international student recruitment is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, make data-informed decisions, and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and common CRM or student management tools; familiarity with digital communication platforms is beneficial.
