Key Responsibilities

- Business Process Review and Mapping
- Configure and maintain settings in SAP FICO and Knowledge in PS module
- Good Customer facing skills
- Write functional specifications, coordinate with ABAP teams for any reporting requirements

Other Responsibilities
- Act as a business analyst focused on process improvement, business requirements analyses
- Communicate and document business processes with FICO operations

Qualifications

Diploma/Graduate/Post Graduate

Experience

7+ years (2+ years functional experience in manufacturing industry and 5+ years in SAP FICO)

Competencies Must-have Skills

- Good skills set in FI & CO areas including New GL, AR, AP, AA
- Good Understanding & Working knowledge of CO concepts.
- Experience with EBS (BAI), DMEE, ALE-IDOC, and report painter, ABAP query
- Experience in implementation, support, upgrade projects
- Hands on experience with interfaces with SAP
- Valuable experience in designing custom objects,



processes as requested by the customer using BAPI, user Exits, etc. along with the technical team
- Experience in cross module integration with PP, PM, MM, SD ,PS and HR
- Experience US Tax and India GST.
- Should have implemented SAP FICO in manufacturing industry

Nice-to-have Skills
- Experience in Europe and USA projects
- S/4 implementation experience

Soft Skills
- Ability to facilitate group discussions related to business process blueprinting
- Should be a team player
- Good Communication Skills
