Key Responsibilities

- Driving DELFREZ Franchise store Audits with continous travel across Cochin and Ernakulam
- Franchisee performance evaluation and executing Delfrez Quality Excellance
- Regular visits to franchise to understand the challenges and improvement areas
- Develop and Implementing GHP / SOPs / OPLSs /Best practices across stores .
- Monitoring FSSAI compliance and requirements at stores .
- Providing training on Quality process .
- Customer complaint handling with proper RCA .
- Maintaining proper coordination across Sales , Plant and other cross functional dpartements to deliver better outcomes .
- Updating daily /weekly/ Monthly Documentation.
- Monitoring the Inter-transferring of meat and cold chain distribution
- Surprising visits to stores / distribution vehicles and escalating nonconformities.
- Attending Weekly or Monthly reviews with cross functional team.
- Must work with Consumer Centric & brand reputation centric approach

REQUIREMENTS :

Experience 3- 4 Year in any food industry or relevant industry.





Educational Qualifications Diploma in Sciences, B.sc, B. Tech , M.Sc. with Food technology/Microbiology or any life science relevant degree is preferred .

- Basic knowledge on FSSAI Schedule 4 checklist , HACCP , ISO
- Bike with Valid license
- Hands on experience in handling food stores operations
- Willing to travel continuously (15 to 20 days per month)
- Expertise in MS Office
- Positive communication and Presentation skills
- Only Male preferred
