Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML, or a related field

Experience: 5–8 years in software engineering, including at least 2 years in AI/ML development

Job Requirements Build AI Systems That Ship Design and build GenAI and Agentic AI prototypes for rapid delivery, from kickoff to working demo. Implement agentic workflows using MCP to integrate with the client’s external-facing systems and customer data systems. Build on AWS Bedrock with Claude/GPT orchestration, RAG pipelines, prompt system design, and API-first integration patterns.

Evaluate and integrate emerging frameworks - including AWS Strands Agents, LangGraph, CrewAI, AWS AgentCore, and Claude Managed Agents - based on fit, cost, and platform alignment.

Partner

Across the Business Run discovery sessions with the Product team to identify high-value AI use cases. Turn unstructured business problems into scoped, buildable projects. Present proof-of-concept results and demos to technical and executive audiences, connecting AI capabilities to business value.



Produce concise documentation covering solution architecture, prompt and skill designs, integration patterns, success criteria, and handoff plans. Contribute reusable components, patterns, and best practices.

Operate Responsibly

Follow AI governance, responsible AI practices, and data privacy standards across project work. Apply security-first thinking aligned with the OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications and NIST AI RMF. Stay current with foundation model releases, agentic AI developments, and enterprise integration patterns. What We’re Looking For Required 5-8 years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years focused on AI/ML application development. Hands-on experience shipping LLM-powered applications to real users or stakeholders, including RAG pipelines, system-level prompt engineering, and agentic workflows. Production-level proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript for rapid prototyping.
