We are seeking an experienced AI Delivery Leader to lead the successful execution of enterprise-scale AI, Generative AI, and Advanced Analytics programs for global clients. This role is responsible for driving AI transformation initiatives from strategy through deployment, managing cross-functional delivery teams, and ensuring measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in AI/ML and GenAI technologies, coupled with proven experience managing large-scale technology consulting and delivery engagements. Experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or other data-intensive industries is preferred but not mandatory.

Your responsibilities will include

AI & GenAI Program Leadership

- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI programs.
- Own solution delivery across the AI lifecycle, including use case discovery, architecture design, model development, deployment, adoption, and value realization.
- Drive AI transformation initiatives for global clients and business

stakeholders.
- Translate business challenges into scalable AI and data-driven solutions.

Generative AI & Emerging Technologies
- Lead the design and deployment of GenAI applications leveraging:
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- RAG Architectures
- AI Agents and Agentic Frameworks
- Conversational AI
- Knowledge Graphs
- Multi-Agent Systems
- Establish best practices for prompt engineering, model evaluation, AI governance, and responsible AI adoption.
- Drive experimentation and innovation using emerging AI technologies.

Delivery & Team Leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams consisting of:




- Data Scientists
- AI/ML Engineers
- GenAI Engineers
- Data Engineers
- Product Managers
- Domain Consultants
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and delivery oversight across multiple programs.
- Ensure project delivery excellence, quality assurance, risk management, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Client & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with client executives to define AI roadmaps and transformation strategies.
- Present AI solutions, business cases, and implementation approaches to senior leadership.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on AI adoption and enterprise-scale implementation.
- Manage executive stakeholder expectations and drive decision-making.

Practice & Business Growth
- Support AI practice development and capability building.
- Contribute to solution development, proposal creation, and pre-sales activities.
- Drive account growth through identification of AI transformation

opportunities.
- Help establish reusable accelerators, frameworks, and AI delivery assets.

Skills Required

- Experience building and scaling AI CoEs, GenAI practices, or enterprise AI capability programs.

- 11+ years of relevant experience managing projects or customer engagements in a rapid-paced environment across various industries or functions.
