About Nurturers Centre

Nurturers Centre for Diverse Learners is dedicated to supporting children with diverse developmental and learning needs through specialised services, including Special Education, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Behaviour Therapy, Psychology, Counselling, and Early Intervention.

We are looking for a proactive, empathetic, and well-organised Admission Counsellor to manage parent enquiries, guide families through our services, and facilitate the admission journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand parents' concerns and provide relevant information about the centre's services.
- Explain available therapies, programs, assessment procedures, and admission processes.
- Schedule appointments, assessments, and consultations.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective parents and maintain enquiry records.




- Convert prospective enquiries into admissions through effective communication and relationship management.
- Coordinate with internal therapy and administrative teams.
- Support outreach initiatives and develop referral relationships with schools, clinics, and relevant institutions.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, counselling, and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to communicate patiently and empathetically with parents.
- Prior experience in admissions, counselling, customer service, or sales will be an advantage.
