Nambudirisons Agro Foods India Private Limited is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities, GST-related work, invoicing, financial records, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles and experience with accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
- Handle sales and purchase invoices, billing, and payment entries.
- Manage GST-related activities, including data preparation, reconciliation, and filing coordination.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Perform bank reconciliation and monitor financial transactions.
- Maintain vouchers, bills, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and periodic reports.
- Handle export-related financial documentation and records.




- Coordinate with banks, auditors, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, invoicing, and financial documentation.
- Familiarity with Tally Prime or other accounting software.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential financial information.
- Experience in accounts and export documentation will be an added advantage.

Experience
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience in the food processing or export industry will be an advantage.
