We provide home care for seniors and veterans in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New York, from companion care to skilled nursing. We're growing and need a sales-driven appointment setter who can turn leads into booked assessments and signed clients.

Job Description

You'll be the first point of contact for new families and referral partners. Your job is to book appointments and keep following up until the client signs a Service Agreement or clearly says no.

Responsibilities

- Respond quickly to new leads, inbound calls, and other online platforms

- Call and message families to understand their needs and book client assessments

- Reach out to referral partners (hospitals, case managers, VA contacts, senior living and placement agencies) and book meetings with our team

- Follow up consistently on every lead until the Service Agreement is signed

- Log every call, text, email, and status change in GoHighLevel the same day

- Keep the pipeline clean, with no stale leads and no missed follow-ups

- Hand off booked appointments to the assessment team with clear notes

- Report weekly on leads contacted, appointments booked, and agreements signed

Qualifications

- Proven sales experience, especially online or phone sales

- Strong sales mindset:



comfortable asking for the appointment, handling objections, and following up without being pushy

- Clear, confident spoken and written English with a warm, professional tone

- Hands-on CRM experience. GoHighLevel preferred; HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar is fine

- Disciplined about follow-up and CRM updates

- Reliable internet and a quiet workspace

Preferred

- Experience in healthcare, home care, senior care, or insurance

- Experience selling to families making sensitive decisions

Job Type: Contract

Pay: ₹30,000 per month, plus performance bonus up to ₹15,000 per month based on monthly targets for booked assessments and signed Service Agreements (targets discussed at interview)

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- US Eastern Time business hours EST
