About the Role

Career Nexa Global is looking for motivated and target-oriented Student Advisors to join our remote Sales & Admissions team. The role involves counselling prospective learners, explaining suitable online/distance education programmes, exploring credit-transfer options based on eligibility, and converting enquiries into successful enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective learners through inbound and outbound calls.
- Understand educational backgrounds and career goals.
- Explain courses, eligibility, admission procedures, and credit-transfer options.
- Handle enquiries, objections, and follow-ups professionally.
- Convert qualified leads into applications and enrolments.
- Maintain accurate lead records in CRM/Excel trackers.
- Coordinate with the Admissions team for documentation and enrolment.
- Achieve assigned sales and enrolment targets.

Requirements





- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in EdTech, education sales, academic counselling, admissions, or B2C sales.
- Good English communication and convincing skills.
- Solid follow-up, counselling, and objection-handling abilities.
- Comfortable working with targets in a remote environment.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.
- Prior experience as a Student Advisor, Career Advisor, or Academic Counsellor is preferred.
