Key Responsibilities

- Lead support and maintenance of Windows environments across multiple supply chain locations- Drive Windows lifecycle management including imaging, automation, and decommissioning

- Experience with VMware, vSphere, and hybrid infrastructure environments
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and enterprise service management tools

- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate or equivalent
