Job Purpose : To execute and monitor Core & Shell construction activities while ensuring quality, safety, timely completion and effective coordination for a premium high-rise residential project.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :

- Execute and monitor RCC, masonry and plaster works as per approved drawings.
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, execution and monitoring.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants and site supervisors.
- Ensure quality control and workmanship standards.
- Monitor safety compliance and statutory requirements.
- Verify measurements, quantities and support billing/documentation.
- Manage site logistics, material utilization and basic site facilities.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and resolve execution issues proactively.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :

- Daily planned work completion ≥95%
- Quality rework
