Job Summary : - Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards to support business reporting needs.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective data visualization solutions.
- Develop and optimize data models using Power BI, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Create complex DAX measures, calculated columns, and KPIs to deliver meaningful business insights.
- Develop and optimize Power Query (M Language) transformations for efficient data preparation.
- Connect Power BI to multiple data sources, including SQL Server, Azure, Excel, APIs, and cloud-based platforms.
- Design and implement ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize report performance and refresh schedules.
- Implement Row-Level Security (RLS), data governance, and security best practices.
- Collaborate with data engineers and database administrators to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Publish, manage, and maintain reports and datasets in the Power BI Service.
- Schedule data refreshes, manage workspaces, gateways, and deployment pipelines.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, documentation,



and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Support production issues and enhance existing BI solutions based on business requirements.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics with strong expertise in Power BI.
- Hands-on experience in developing enterprise-level Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M Language), and data modeling.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience in writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
- Experience working with SQL Server and other relational databases.
- Strong understanding of ETL concepts and data warehousing principles.
- Experience publishing and managing reports in Power BI Service.
- Knowledge of Power BI Gateway, workspace management, and scheduled refresh.
- Understanding of Row-Level Security (RLS), data governance, and report security.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Microsoft Azure services such as Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, or Azure Data Lake.
- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) or equivalent certification.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and modern analytics platforms.
- Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics and data visualization.
- Familiarity with SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, or other Microsoft BI technologies.
