Location : Chennai Experience : 2-5 Years Industry : HVAC / MEP / Construction (note: Only field project experience)
Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (AC units, chillers, ducts, etc.)
- Perform piping work including installation of chilled water pipes, copper piping, and drainage lines
- Read and interpret technical drawings and layouts
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Identify faults and carry out repairs in HVAC systems
- Ensure proper insulation and leak-proof piping installation
- Follow safety standards and company procedures at site
- Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors
Required Skills :
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Experience in piping (GI, MS,
copper, PVC)
- Ability to read drawings and technical diagrams
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of safety practices
Qualification :
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / HVAC / Refrigeration
- Relevant certifications are an added advantage
