Position Summary

You will represent GSK across Port Blair, building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and local partners. You will share clear, science-led information that supports better patient care. You will design and deliver a territory plan using customer insight and local needs, and work with colleagues across commercial, medical and access teams to solve local challenges. - Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other local healthcare partners.
- Create and deliver a territory business plan informed by customer insight and local needs.
- Share clear,



accurate, science-based information to support healthcare professionals’ decision-making.
- Record activity, outcomes and customer insights accurately using company systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to resolve customer needs and improve patient access.
- Continuously learn about clinical evidence, local trends and practical ways to improve performance.

Basic Qualification

We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals

- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.
- Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales, territory management, or similar experience.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages used in Port Blair.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Right to work in India.

Preferred Qualification

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus





- Prior experience in pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare field sales.
- Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and explaining scientific concepts to healthcare professionals.
- Strong planning, organisation and time management skills.
- Ability to use customer insight and basic data to guide activity and prioritise work.
- Fluency in regional languages commonly used in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
- High motivation to learn, adapt and take on increasing responsibility.
