We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Content Manager (Instructional Developer) to lead our curriculum development division from our Noida office. In this senior leadership role, you will manage, mentor, and inspire a team of instructional developers while owning the end-to-end instructional design process. You and your team will transform complex clinical information into engaging, interactive, and visually stunning digital learning experiences. Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership & Mentorship : Manage and develop a team of instructional designers and content creators. Guide their day-to-day work, provide constructive feedback on storyboards and modules, and ensure the team meets high-quality standards and production deadlines.
- End-to-End Course Development : Oversee and actively participate in the design and development of interactive,



multimedia-rich eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline and Rise 360 .
- Storyboarding & Scripting : Partner closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and clinical faculty to translate complex healthcare concepts into transparent, engaging storyboards and video scripts, ensuring your team executes these blueprints effectively.
- Visual Design & Media Creation : Utilize and train your team on tools like Canva (and other graphic design software) to create high-quality graphics, diagrams, and visual aids that enhance the student learning experience.
- LMS Management : Oversee the uploading, structuring, testing, and maintenance of all course materials within our Learning Management System (LMS). Ensure SCORM/xAPI compliance and seamless functionality across the board.
- Curriculum Strategy & Optimization : Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs using LMS data and student feedback. Lead the rapid updating and improvement of existing content.
- Project Leadership : Manage multiple content development projects simultaneously, efficiently allocating team resources and ensuring strict adherence to timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Qualifications

- Leadership Expertise : Proven track record of successfully managing, training,



and evaluating a team of instructional designers or digital content creators.
- Software Expertise : Expert-level proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) is mandatory. Strong proficiency in Canva , video editing basics, and standard office suites.
- LMS Administration : Extensive hands-on experience managing, structuring, and troubleshooting courses within our home grown LMS platform.
- Communication & Writing : Exceptional English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking). Flawless grammar and the ability to write, review, and edit clear, concise, and engaging instructional copy.
- Customer-Centric Mindset : A strong commitment to user experience (UX) and accessibility, ensuring all educational content produced by your team is intuitive and supportive for our diverse student body.

Requirements :

- Management Experience : 3+ years of experience directly managing a team of instructional designers, curriculum developers, or content creators (required).
- Technical Experience : 5+ years of professional experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or digital content management.
- Portfolio Required : You must submit a digital portfolio showcasing your previous work, including Articulate module samples, storyboards, and visual design assets.
- Industry Experience : Background in developing educational content for healthcare, nursing, or adult workforce training is highly preferred.
- Language : Fluent English (required).

Pay: Up to ₹1,080,000.00 per year
