The role operates within a collaborative and qualified technology team, focused on developing software that meets or exceeds the company’s quality, reliability, and performance standards, and ensuring the structured and timely delivery of high-quality technology solutions.

Responsibilities : Key Responsibilities :

- Contribute to architectural design discussions and influence system design decisions to ensure scalability, resilience, and maintainability.
- Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle (design, development, testing, and deployment).
- Mentor and guide team members and review code to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to communicate status, issues, and risks in a timely manner.
- Pursue self-improvement, innovation, and the adoption of best practices to enhance team productivity and effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in developing Java (including enterprise frameworks).




- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture within an AWS cloud environment.
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and Amazon RDS.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab), Maven, and DevOps practices, including build and dependency management.
- Experience with automation tools and AI assistants, with a strong conceptual understanding of generative AI development workflows.

Experience Requirements :

- Computer Science degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6-7 years of professional software development experience.
- Proven experience building scalable, distributed systems.
- Parking industry experience will be highly desirable.

Qualifications : Optional Desired Qualities :

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization.
- Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD), including tools such as JMeter, and unit and integration testing practices.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take ownership of deliverables.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
