Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Associate to promote and sell CRM software solutions to Real Estate Builders & Developers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and digital channels
- Present and demonstrate CRM software solution to prospective Real estate & Developers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with technical and implementation teams for smooth on boarding
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s degree / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- 5 - 6 years of sales experience (preferably in software/ERP/CRM solutions)




- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of CRM systems
- Ability to explain technical concepts in straightforward terms
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in B2B sales

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :

- Number of leads generated
- Conversion rate
- Revenue achieved vs. Target
- Customer retention rate

Work Environment :

- Office-based with field sales visits
- It involves client meetings, demos, and presentations

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
