Role Overview

We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant to manage and oversee the company's accounting, taxation, financial reporting and regulatory compliance, with a strong focus on the requirements of a proprietary trading business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage accounting, finalisation of accounts and financial reporting for the company.
- Oversee direct and indirect taxation , including income tax, GST, TDS and related filings.
- Handle audit coordination and ensure timely completion of statutory and tax audits.
- Monitor trading-related accounting, including broker statements, trade settlements, P&L; and reconciliations .
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, statutory and corporate requirements .
- Coordinate with brokers, banks, auditors, consultants and other external stakeholders.
- Prepare financial MIS and reports for management and provide insights on financial performance.




- Establish and monitor appropriate financial controls and processes .

Requirements :

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) .
- 2-5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation and financial reporting.
- Good understanding of capital markets / trading accounting will be preferred.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to independently manage finance and compliance activities.
- Experience in Proprietary Trading, Brokerage, Investment Management or Financial Services will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
