Job Description - Assistant Branch Manager Position: Assistant Branch Manager Location: Yavatmal / Vidarbha

Key Responsibilities : Handle student admissions and admission conversion

Manage calling team & personally handle significant calls Conduct parent meetings and counseling sessions

Ensure maximum conversion of inquiries into admissions

Drive revenue generation through admissions and programs

Support and execute seminars, workshops, and school visits

Maintain proper follow-up system and lead tracking Team Management :Supervise Educational Counselors & Telecallers Coordinate with Faculty for smooth operations Ensure daily reporting and performance tracking Business Growth Role :Plan and execute strategies for admission growth Monitor daily, weekly, monthly targets Take responsibility for branch revenue performance Required Skills:*✔ Strong communication & convincing skills ✔ Experience in admission conversion / counseling ✔ Ability to handle parents and team confidently ✔ Target-oriented and revenue-focused mindset

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
