Job Title: Sales Executive - Inbound (Perfume Manufacturing / OEM)

Shemeka Industries Private Limited is a perfume manufacturing company specializing in OEM, private label, and end-to-end fragrance solutions. We work with startups and brands to bring high-quality perfume products to market.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Executive to handle inbound leads and convert them into clients. This is a consultative sales role where you will guide customers through product selection, manufacturing processes, and pricing to successfully close deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Call and respond to inbound leads (website, marketplaces, referrals)
- Understand client requirements (budget, quantity, timeline, product type)
- Pitch our OEM / private label perfume solutions
- Guide clients in fragrance selection, packaging, and product development
- Share quotations and coordinate sampling process
- Follow up consistently to drive closures
- Maintain lead data and update status regularly
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Solid communication skills (Hindi + English)
- Good convincing and negotiation ability
- Basic understanding of sales process and customer handling
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups

Preferred Experience

- 1-3 years in sales (B2B / high-value sales preferred)
- Experience in manufacturing, private label, or similar industries is a plus

Compensation

- Fixed Salary: ₹16,000 - ₹22,000 (based on experience)
- Incentives: Performance-based
