About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Visit retail shops, distributors, wholesalers, cafés, restaurants and other potential customers in the assigned area.
- Generate daily sales and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Take orders and ensure timely follow-up for delivery.
- Develop new retail outlets and expand the company's market presence.
- Maintain good relationships with retailers, distributors and customers.
- Promote Peakdrop Beverages products and explain product features, pricing and offers.
- Ensure proper product availability, display and visibility at retail outlets.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment requirements.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new sales opportunities.
- Collect customer feedback regarding products, pricing and market demand.
- Monitor competitor products, prices, schemes and market activities.
- Support promotional activities, product sampling and local marketing campaigns.
- Assist in payment collection and maintain proper customer records.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and market visit reports.
- Coordinate with the sales, distribution and delivery team for smooth order execution.
- Follow company policies, pricing guidelines and sales procedures.

Required Skills :

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and FMCG products.




- Ability to build relationships with retailers and customers.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and MS Excel.
- Ability to work in the field and travel within the assigned territory.
- Honest, punctual and responsible.

Qualification & Experience

- Education : 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience : Freshers can apply; experience in FMCG, beverage, food or retail sales will be an advantage.
- Other : Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred for field sales.
