Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Manage end-to-end procurement of HVAC materials, including:

- Compressors

- Fans & Motors

- Heat Exchangers

- Copper Tubes & Coils

- Electrical Components

- Insulation Materials

- GI Sheets & Structural Steel

- Filters, Dampers, Valves, and HVAC Accessories

- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and develop new vendors.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers.

- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and annual contracts.

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Production, Planning, Design, and Stores departments.

- Ensure timely procurement to avoid production delays.

- Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost reduction and value engineering.

- Review purchase orders, contracts, and vendor agreements.

- Track supplier performance through quality, delivery, and service metrics.

- Resolve supply chain issues and material shortages proactively.

- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.

- Prepare procurement reports, MIS, purchase budgets,



and savings reports for management.

- Lead and mentor the purchase team to improve efficiency and performance.

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of HVAC products, raw materials, and procurement processes.
- Excellent vendor negotiation and contract management skills.
- Solid understanding of supply chain and inventory management.
- Commercial and analytical mindset.
- Cost reduction and strategic sourcing expertise.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and procurement reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- MBA in Supply Chain, Operations, or Procurement is preferred.
- Experience in HVAC manufacturing is mandatory.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
