Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, train, motivate, and manage a team of 10-15 sales executives/telecallers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to generate current business opportunities.
- Monitor team performance, conduct reviews, and ensure target achievement.
- Handle key client interactions, negotiations, and closures.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the tender operations team for seamless service delivery.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
- Recruit, train, and mentor new sales team members.
