Key Responsibilities :

- Provisional Phase (Months 1-6) : Actively operate as a Financial Advisor to gain hands-on experience in market development, customer acquisition, and financial planning.
- Target Achievement : Meet the mínimal sales milestones and performance metrics defined for the 6-month provisional window to secure your management transition.
- Client Advisory : Analyze customer needs, provide tailored life insurance solutions from PNB MetLife’s product portfolio, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Agency Building Preparation : Learn the core competencies of recruitment, training, and team leadership required to manage your future team of advisors effectively.

Requirements & Qualifications :

Selection & Onboarding Process :

- Screening: Profile evaluation and personal interview rounds.
- Onboarding: Immediate joining as a Financial Advisor for the 6-month Provisional Period.
- Confirmation: Complete mínimal sales targets -> Transition to Distribution Manager.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
