Location: Piplod (Surat) Experience: 2-3 Years Department: Human Resources
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Technical and Field Sales positions across various locations.
- Manage bulk/volume hiring for field-level Technical and Sales positions.
- Coordinate interviews, technical/functional rounds, selection, salary discussions, and offer processing .
- Coordinate with Business/Technical/Sales Managers to understand manpower requirements and close positions within timelines.
- Support recruitment drives, walk-ins, local hiring campaigns, and other sourcing initiatives.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
