About us

Pee Aar Industries is a family-run footwear manufacturer in Faridabad. Ortho+Rest, our flagship brand, makes orthopaedic comfort footwear — arch-supportive slippers, sandals, cork footwear and flip-flops. We go to market through a distributor network of 150+ trade partners across India and a fast-growing push into modern trade / organized retail. The brand has a strong, well-defined identity — brand book, visual system and creative guidelines — already in place.

The role

This is a trade marketing role focused entirely on our distributor network and modern-trade / organized-retail channels. You are the marketing engine behind our sales effort: you build the tools, collateral, schemes and in-store presence that help our distributors sell more and win shelf space in modern retail. You'll work in close partnership with our Sales Manager — he owns the relationships, orders and targets; you own everything that makes Ortho+Rest easier to sell and better presented at every point of trade. This is not a sales-target role, though your work is measured by how much it lifts the channel.

What you'll do — Distributor marketing

- Sales enablement : Build the toolkit our distributors and sales team run on — catalogues, price lists, order forms, product one-pagers and current-launch trade kits — always on-brand and up to date.
- Schemes & offers : Design and communicate trade schemes and offers clearly; make sure every distributor understands what's running and why it's worth pushing.
- POS & branding : Create POS/POP material, danglers, standees, dealer boards and in-shop branding; get the right material to the right regions at the right time.
- Regional activation : Build regional campaign kits and activation ideas that help partners move stock in their markets.

What you'll do — Modern trade & organized retail

- Get on the shelf : Build the pitch decks, listing forms, sample kits and margin/ROI stories our team uses to win space in chains and organized retail.




- Win the shelf : Own planograms and merchandising guidance so Ortho+Rest is displayed consistently and sells through; support in-store branding and launches.
- Activate the store : Plan and coordinate in-store activations, promoter/POSM support and launch campaigns for new retail accounts.

What you'll do — Across the channel

- Trade insights : Track what's selling where, gather feedback from distributors and stores, and turn it into sharper collateral and schemes.
- Vendors & budget : Manage designers, printers and activation vendors — owning quality, timelines and the trade-marketing budget.
- Sales partnership : Partner daily with the Sales Manager: he flags what the field needs, you build it; you keep brand and messaging consistent across every distributor and store.

Who you are

- Experience : 4-7 years in trade marketing, channel marketing or sales & marketing for an FMCG, footwear, consumer-durables or similar distribution-led brand.
- Trade know-how : You've built distributor collateral and schemes and/or helped get a brand into modern trade — you understand how the trade actually buys and sells.
- Execution : You take a field need and turn it into a finished catalogue, scheme or in-store kit fast, managing vendors and a budget without being chased.
- Taste : Strong eye for brand; you keep everything consistent and on-brand from a dealer board to a modern-trade shelf.
- Analytical : Comfortable reading sell-through and scheme performance and adjusting accordingly.
- Practical : Fluent Hindi and English; at ease with distributors, retail buyers and shop floors. Willing to travel to key markets and work on-site in Faridabad.

- Type & location : Full-time, on-site in Faridabad, Haryana, with travel to key markets.
- Reports to : Directly to the founder; works in close partnership with the Sales Manager.
- Compensation : Competitive, commensurate with experience.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
