Field Sales Representative - Hotel Linen Sales (UP - Lucknow)

Location : Lucknow, UP Industry : Hospitality / Hotel Linen & Textile Sales Department : Sales & Business Development Reporting To : Sales Manager / Head Office Sales Team

Job Summary

The role involves regular field visits, close coordination with the head office sales team for scheduled meetings, and independently conducting cold visits to generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit hotels, resorts, guest houses, serviced apartments, and hospitality businesses across UP
- Meet hotel owners, purchase managers, housekeeping managers, and procurement teams to showcase hotel linen samples and explain product offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market visits, references, networking, and cold calls/visits.
- Coordinate with the head office sales team regarding appointments, quotations, customer requirements, and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable hotel linen solutions.
- Follow up regularly with clients to close sales and maintain repeat business.
- Maintain daily reports of visits, client meetings, feedback, and sales activities.




- Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to management.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and the operations/support team for timely order execution.

Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience in field sales.
- Robust communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable traveling extensively across UP
- Ability to work independently and manage field activities effectively.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
