Hiring Zonal Sales Manager for east with 8 years plus experience in powder coating sales or related field.

Industry: Paints / Powder Coatings / Additives / Industrial Coatings

Education: Any Graduate / MBA in Marketing preferred

Job Description / Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve revenue and market share

targets.

- Handle dealer and distributor network across assigned territories.
- Identify, appoint, and manage franchise partners for paint, powder, additives, and coating

product lines.

- Expand market presence by onboarding new dealers, distributors, and franchise outlets.
- Maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure consistent business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitor activities, and customer

requirements.

- Work closely with internal teams for pricing,



product availability, and order fulfilment.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
- Oversee promotional activities, trade shows, and product demonstrations.
