Hiring: Gold Loan Transfer Sales Officer (Field Sales)
Location : Thane Experience : 1-3 Years Salary : Fixed + Incentives + Travel Allowances
Working days
- Monday to Saturday
Working time - 10am to 6:30pm
What You’ll Do
- Acquire new customers for gold loans transfer through Field Visit, Local references, and leads (Branch manager of Banks /NBFC branch manager)
- Promote gold loan transfer and convince customers to choose our services .
- Meet customers directly and close deals. :
- Drive monthly disbursement targets and maximize earnings through incentives .
- Build robust local networks with jewellers, agents, Bank managers and communities .
- Coordination with Back office.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Minimum qualification:
HSC / Graduate.
- Freshers welcome; experience in finance, NBFC, or sales is a plus.
- Must be comfortable with travelling locally .
