Key Responsibilities
- Hiring Manager Collaboration : Partner with departments to understand staffing needs and create accurate job descriptions.
- Interview Coordination : Schedule, coordinate, and sometimes participate in interviews with hiring managers.
- Offer Management : Extend job offers, negotiate salary packages, and handle pre-employment checks.
- Onboarding : Support the initial hiring process and onboarding of new employees
Job Type : Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
